Who would Jesus mock?
He was just sitting there on the ground, with a sign that said he had Parkinson's and needed help .. trying to remind the teabagger protesters that healthcare is about real people with real problems. And it looks to me like he was trying to speak .. but they yelled him down .. they went into a piranha-like frenzy .. bullying him .. calling him names .. throwing dollar bills at him.

Talk about yer "compassionate conservatism" .. 'You people with Parkinson's, just shut up and stay home!'
So, that's what's left of the Republican party .. mean-spirited white trash. Some of them look familiar .. like the blue eye-shadow brigade who hollered that Obama was "a Muslin!" before the election.
Ah yes .. now I'm remembering another incident a while back, when their wingnut hero did something similar. Actor Michael Fox - who has Parkinson's - had gone on TV several times advocating stem cell research on behalf of Parkinson's victims. Hate radio's Rush Limbaugh accused him of faking it to play on people's sympathy .. Rush then did a cruel imitation of Michael Fox's shaking. It went over really well with his hateful wingnut fans.
And since when does getting Parkinson's, or any other disease, mean that people didn't work hard before they got sick? What makes these wingnuts think this unfortunate man HASN'T worked all his life, for everything he has?
Wingnuts automatically believe that people who don't agree with them politically are parasites .. who can't possibly be productive tax-paying members of society.
Anyone who advocates spending government money on anything is taking their money and giving it to the undeserving .. they probably mean lazy brown people, but they're not supposed to say that any more.
I'm sure that if those able-bodied ranting teabaggers ever became sick or disabled, and had nowhere else to turn, they would just refuse on principle to ever consider getting help from the government.
I saw teabaggers at the August town halls who screamed "keep the government out of my Medicare!!" That's how ignorant they are.

Hmm .. $2.00 .. not bad .. now if we can just get a few million citizens to do the same thing...
Oh, riiight .. we already do that. It's called "taxes" .. and we do decide when to give this money .. it's called "election day."
So, if you want your $2.00 to go to the Parkinson's guy, vote Democratic. If you want it to go to Blackwater, Haliburton, or Exxon Mobil, vote for Republicans. Generally speaking.
If you want to keep your 2 bucks, you vote Libertarian in protest .. you'll still have to pay, but it'll make you feel better.
Republicans do NOT let you keep your money .. unless you make 6 figures and up. When they had control, they took your two bucks and stole your credit card for their personal pre-emptive war.
BTW, I know who Jesus would mock -- the rich, the greedy, the self-righteous, the smug, the inhumane.
Another BTW -- I'm an atheist, but I respect Jesus as a philosopher.
